the holiday season, starting with the Friday after Thanksgiving, the
amount of packages shipped by the major carriers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX)
nearly triples overnight and delays in delivery occur with
regularity. So if you are having surgery within the week of
ordering, you might want to give strong consideration to having your
package Express Mailed or UPS Red/Blue (especially West Coast
