Healing Supplements Program

VitaMedica's Healing Supplements Program combines Bromelain with Quercetin plus Arnica Montana 30X, to effectively minimize the swelling and inflammation associated with surgical procedures. The program is well-suited for less extensive procedures such as rhinoplasty (nose reshaping), blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), chin augmentation, breast augmentation, and many non-surgical procedures such as chemical peels, fat injections and other filler injections (e.g., Restylane®, Zyderm®).

The Healing Supplements Program is a ten-day kit that includes two nutraceuticals; (1.) Bromelain with Quercetin, (2.) Arnica Montana 30X

1. Bromelain with Quercetin is a nutritional supplement that contains natural ingredients, with excellent anti-inflammatory properties. Bromelain is an enzyme extracted from the stem of the pineapple. Quercetin is a plant pigment found in large amounts in foods such as onions and apples. Together, Bromelain and Quercetin work synergistically to reduce the bruising and swelling associated with surgical procedures.

• Taken 3 days pre-operatively and 7 days post-operatively to reduce surgical bruising and swelling
• Combined with quercetin to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect
• Two capsules contains 1,000 Milk Clotting Units (MCUs) per 500 mg 60 capsules per bottle (10 day supply)

2. Arnica Montana 30X is a homeopathic remedy designed to reduce the discomfort, bruising and swelling associated with soft tissue injury that often accompanies surgical and non-surgical procedures.
