Cooling Surgical Bra (AUG-ICE)

Product Description:  Cooling Surgical Bra has Lycra® material with zipper closure on front and shoulders for adjustable fit.  Pockets are sewn into seams creating pocket for ice packs (2-included).  Velcro closure on pocket stabilizes the ice packs.  The Cooling Surgical Bra provides relief to swelling after breast surgery.  Note: Cooling Surgical Bra is custom made and ships within 1-2 business days of purchase.  Any size 3X-Large or above, call for pricing and availability.  866-755-HEAL (4325).

Instructions: Bra: Wrap compression bra around the upper torso and pull up zipper and shoulders and adjust to fit.  Secure pocket with velcro closure. Gel Packs: Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours and insert into bra pockets.  Packs are reusable and stay cool for hours.

Benefits: When applied correctly, the garment will increase blood circulation around the surgical area where a breast augmentation, breast implant, mastectomy, or lumpectomy has been performed.  The garment will also accelerate the healing process, diminish swelling, and flush out any harmful bodily fluid from the specific area.  In the event of a sudden movement (Example: sneeze or cough), the garments control will minimize the discomfort.

Consider Buying Two: As it is important to have constant pressure applied on the target area, consider purchasing two compression garments so that you will always have a clean one to wear while washing the other.  The more time in a compression garment, the better the results.

Care: It is recommended that the garment be hand washed or machine-washed, cold-cycle with a mild soap.  Line-dry or gentle machine cycle dry only. Remove the Gel Packs before washing.
