Purpose:
The gel pack is used to alleviate swelling and discomfort from:
- Laser skin resurfacing
- Facelifts

- Mastectomies
- Biopsies
- Dental Procedures
Instructions for Use:

Heat Therapy |
Cold Therapy |
- Microwave at full power for 20 seconds (based on 600 watt microwave)
- Remove pack and check for desired temperature. If not warm enough, reheat in 10 second intervals, not exceeding 50 seconds. NOTE: Overheating can cause skin burns or rupture pack.
- Place cloth side of pack on the affected area, or if the pack is too hot, place into a sleeve or towel. Treat area for 15-20 minutes or as medically prescribed.
- Remove pack and wait 1 hour before reapplying.

- Place pack in freezer for 1-2 hours
- Place cloth side of pack on the affected area, or if the pack is too cold, place into a sleeve or towel. Treat area for 15-20 minutes or as medically prescribed.
- Remove pack and wait 1 hour before reapplying
- After application, return pack to freezer in flat position. Gel pack will remain flexible.

- Consult your physician before using this product
- Heat should not be used if patient has circulatory problems
- Do not stand or lie on pack. Excessive weight may cause pack to rupture or leak
- Discard ruptured or leaky packs (contents are non-toxic)
