Return/Exchange Policy effective 6/1/10 (Non-Negotiable)

To The Customer,

Your safety and ours is of my utmost importance. Medical compression garments have a completely different purpose from retail garments. They are designed to assist in surgical recovery and come in direct contact with open wounds and the drainage of harmful bodily fluids.  That is why we strongly encourage customers to purchase them a week or more in and advance. Any garment worn post-operatively is “soiled” and cannot be returned due to the health concerns associated, no matter what time frame.  This policy is consistent with DHEC of South Carolina and I appreciate your understanding.  Mike Smith - President/CEO

1. We will only accept garments or bras back that are returned to us in original, unwashed, unused condition.  A restocking fee of 25% is applied to cover any business costs incurred.

2. In the event of an exchange, garment is then re-ordered in the correct size. Credit is given for a miss-ordered garment after a complete inspection. A garment that fails this inspection is not returned, it is immediately discarded.

3. All Sales Final on opened Scar Therapy strips and creams, Gel Masks, Wound Care, and non-surgical products, 

4. All Sales Final on Clearance Items

5. Custom orders, such as garments, are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

6. All Sales Final on International Orders.

7. All Sales Final after 30 days of purchase date.

8. Full Credit is given in the event of a defective product and must be identified within 10 days of purchase.

9. Shipping charges are not refundable unless garment is defective.

10. Please return all products with copy of invoice.

Please allow up to 30 days for a return to be inspected, processed, and credited.

The Process: All returns must be authorized before sending the product back, no exceptions. To obtain authorization, you may do it by EMAIL and it must be visible on the return label.  Any return without an authorization will not be opened or credited.
