GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Healing Enhancements, we are truly committed to keeping costs at a minimum without sacrificing quality. Unfortunately shipping charges are a fact of life and cannot be avoided. Simply put, it is just a cost of business. We recommend purchasing your recovery products at least one week prior to surgery. This will avoid paying extra for express shipping charges, minimize return delays, or highly unlikely event of a lost shipment.
SHIPPING HOURS: Orders submitted before 12:00 pm EST generally ship same day (Monday-Friday), so keep your location and time zone in mind when ordering.
Free Shipping For Orders Over $75: Free shipping is for orders shipped to U.S. addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipping via US Postal Service 1st Class Mail with normal delivery time between 5-10 business days, but it does not offer a tracking number. (some exceptions may apply).

- UPS GROUND: 1-6 Business Days (depending on your proximity to South Carolina)

| - UPS BLUE: 2 Business Days anywhere in the continental US and delivered around Noon.

| - UPS RED: 1 Business Day anywhere in the continental US and delivered around Noon.

| - UPS does offer Saturday delivery for Red's and Blue's, but at and additional charge (normally $20-30). YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO PLACE A SATURDAY DELIVERY ORDER! Otherwise, the order is delivered based on the next business day
