Surgery Program

VitaMedica's Surgery Program combines three products to provide specific nutrients to speed wound healing, support the immune system, prevent infection, minimize inflammation and reduce bruising. For this reason, the program kit is ideally suited for more comprehensive surgical procedures such as rhytidectomy (face-lift), breast reduction or reconstruction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction.

1. CLINICAL SUPPORT FOR SURGERY: Multi-Nutrient Formula for Surgical Patients is a two-part nutritional supplement program designed specifically for the needs of patients undergoing surgical procedures. The formulation includes targeted nutrients to support wound healing, boost immune function, stimulate tissue growth factors, and reduce the oxidative load associated with surgery.

2. BROMELAIN WITH QUERCETIN: A Potent Anti-Inflammatory Combination, Bromelain with Quercetin is a nutritional supplement that contains natural ingredients, with excellent anti-inflammatory properties. Bromelain is an enzyme extracted from the stem of the pineapple. Quercetin is a plant pigment found in large amounts in foods such as onions and apples. Together, Bromelain and Quercetin work synergistically to reduce the bruising and swelling associated with surgical procedures.
