Instructions for Proper Use

• Back Sleeping: Place the pillow with the wedge pointing towards your feet
• Side Sleeping: Place the pillow with the wedge facing the headboard.
• Once the healing process is completed the pillow simply flip the pillow over so that the wedge is at the top of the pillow facing the headboard of your bed.
• Make sure that your shoulder is snug against the contour of the pillow.
