Instructions for Proper use:

- Back
Sleeping: Place the pillow with the wedge pointing towards
your feet
- Side
Sleeping: Place the pillow with the wedge facing the
headboard Once the healing process is completed the pillow simply
flip the pillow over so that the wedge is at the top of the pillow
facing the headboard of your bed. Make sure that your shoulder is
snug against the contour of the pillow.
